Isabelle Gueldry
Isabelle Gueldry particularly trained her voice in polyphonic jazz language. Her vocal duet “Cordes sensibles”-arranged by talented musicians- was acclaimed and rewarded by press and radio critics for their CD’s “Invitation” and ‘Constellation’, finalist of the national Crest contest and nominated as the top 10 best jazz 2003 females jazz singers.She is part of the vocal band QuarZz.
Due to her concern with sound and harmonies, she works as a solist most the time with acoustic rhythm section and chiefly guitarists. She has developed a jazz repertoire with a wide range of musical worlds including standards , gypsy music, contemporary jazz and Brazilian music. She worked with Eric Séva, Frédéric Sylvestre, Carine Bonnefoy, Jean-Pierre Rebillard, Serge Merlaud, Michel Perez……She lives in Paris where she regularly performs and organizes vocal workshops.


Sava Medan
He was born and grew up in Belgrad (Serbia) with both gipsy and Balkanese music. He studied piano , then double bass, worked with symphonic youth orchestra in Belgrade and at the same time, at the early age of 18, took part in all the jazz scene in Yougoslavia.
When he was 20 he settled in Austria, then in Germany in Munich. All his 25 years -long career, he participated as a sideman in the whole jazz national scene, performing or recording and was asked to work along with most famous artists on their tours (Andy Bey, Marc Murphy, Kenny Wheeler, Bojan Z.…).
He has been living in Paris for three years and is working on his personal project : his own compositions influenced by Balkanese, Indian and jazz music styles
Karsten Hochapfel
Classic and jazz cellist and guitarist , Karsten Hochapfel was born in Germany and has been a Parisian for 6 years.
As soon he was 18 years old, he accompanied the jazz rock band Embryo on theirs tours. In 2001 he entered the Munich conservatoire and got a teaching diploma 4 years later .
He plays in numerous jazz world music and improvised music bands, such as Naïssam Jalal & Rhythms of Resistance, Michelangelo 4tet, Krisis 4tet, Odeia, Morgen Naughties, le collectif Orchidee, UNS, and also performs in his personal project : a septet which includes German and French musicians.He also takes part in reading and dancing or acting shows.
At the same time he gives music lessons and workshops throughout the world –Brazil, Malawi, Europe
